The cost of living is rising. Conflict dominates headlines. Communities feel the strain. And for many, even the small joys—like England’s World Cup run—have slipped through our fingers.

It is a lot. We feel it too.

But rather than waiting for “better times,” Heal Festival is choosing a different path. One rooted in community, accessibility, and collective energy.

Introducing THE GATHERING.

A new chapter. A new format. A bold response to challenging times.

For 2026, admission is simple: you pay what you can afford.

That means free entry for those who need it, with optional donations supporting three powerful causes: Lingen Davies Cancer Support, The Rural Charity, and Cope Mental Health. These are not distant charities—they are close to home, close to the heart. Members of the Heal family are facing real battles right now, including Leroy, who is currently fighting stage 4 cancer.

This is what The Gathering is about: showing up for each other.

Taking place on September 11–12, 2026 at DMOS People West Mid Showground in Shrewsbury, The Gathering brings together everything that defines Heal—just reimagined for the moment.

Expect:

  • Live stages with a curated selection of standout acts

  • Immersive dance tents spanning genres from house and techno to drum and bass, reggae, and beyond

  • Wellness spaces for reset, reflection, and connection

  • Street food, independent stalls, and interactive attractions

  • Optional camping and VIP upgrades for those who want to go deeper into the experience

While the lineup will be more focused this year, the energy will remain just as powerful. Although Starsailor will no longer be performing under the new format, the first wave of artists is already setting the tone—led by the formidable Eva Lazarus, known for her genre-blending sound and commanding live presence.

And in true Gathering spirit, the doors are open wider than ever.

Artists. DJs. Musicians. Promoters. Creators. Healers. The curious. The expressive. Even the so-called “grand wizards and tree fairies.” This is a space for contribution, collaboration, and shared experience.

More than 60 acts, multiple stages, and countless moments of connection await.

This is not just a festival. It is a response to the times. A statement that music, culture, and community should remain accessible—especially when they are needed most.

Free entry will be limited, so early registration is essential.

Bring your people. Spread the word. Be part of something that moves forward, not waits.

The Gathering is calling.
